  1. Evidence of land ownership rights or land utilization agreement;

  5. National Business Identification Number (NIB);

  7. Self-declaration by the business operator;
  8. Duration: 5 Years

  9. Environmental Approval (Environmental Permit or UKL-UPL) or SPPL in the field of port operations (Special Terminal);
  10. Duration: 5 Years

  11. Unverified Standard Certificate of Special Terminal Adjustment;
  12. Duration: 5 Years

  13. Copy of the special terminal operating permit, or a statement that the Special Terminal has been operating before the PM 20 Year 2017 came into effect and has been acknowledged by the Port Operator in accordance with their authority;
  14. Duration: 5 Years

  15. Valid primary business license;
  16. Duration: 5 Years

  17. Minutes of review and evaluation of the Special Terminal Adjustment Plan by the Harbor Master, the nearest port operator, and the local Navigation District, containing at least:
    1. That the nearest public port cannot handle the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and production support equipment;
    2. Data on berthing/mooring facilities;
    3. Geographic coordinates of a minimum of 4 (four) points, consisting of 2 (two) points on the dock/water and 2 (two) points on land;
    4. Entry and exit route plans for the Special Terminal and Navigation Aids - Maritime;
    5. Map of the Work Environment Area and the Area of Interest of the Special Terminal;
    6. Field review documentation.

Obligations:

  1. Compliance with regulations and provisions in the field of port operations, water transport, maritime safety, and marine environmental protection;
  2. Duration: 5 Years

  3. Compliance with regulations and provisions of other Government agencies related to its core business;
  4. Duration: 5 Years

  5. Maintenance of Maritime Navigation Aids, navigation channels, port basins, and facilities necessary to ensure maritime safety and smooth traffic of ships and goods, in accordance with the construction permit granted;
  6. Duration: 5 Years

  7. Provision of waste storage and garbage storage facilities for the Special Terminal;
  8. Duration: 5 Years

  9. Full responsibility for the operation of the relevant Special Terminal;
  10. Duration: 5 Years

  11. Monthly reporting of operational activities to the Director of Ports with copies to the Governor, Mayor, and Head of the local Port Operator's Office;
  12. Duration: 5 Years

  13. Payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the use of water based on the water utilization agreement with the port operator in accordance with the statutory provisions from the issuance of the operational permit.
  14. Duration: 5 Years
