Requirements
- Proof of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP)
- Must have equipment, including information technology equipment used;
- Must have a quality management system;
- Must have Indonesian experts in the field of tally, as follows: 1. At least 1 (one) person with qualifications as a Level III Nautical Expert, or D III in port and maritime expertise, sea transportation, or equivalent, for companies engaged in tally activities at main and collecting ports; or 2. Experts adapted to the conditions of the local port, for companies engaged in tally activities at feeder ports; with at least 5 (five) years of experience in loading and unloading, as evidenced by a Work Certificate from a company engaged in tally;
- Letter of appointment of branch manager;
- Must have a letter of recommendation from the local port operator regarding the balance of self-employed tally business based on the number of self-employed tally companies and the number of ship visits in the local port; and
- Must have a Certificate of Standard Office Branch Opening for Self-Employed Tally Companies valid only at ports within 1 (one) province where the headquarters are domiciled.
