  1. 1. Proposal for Post-Operation Activities from the Head of SKK Migas/BPMA

  2. 2. Document of Post-Operation Activity Plan in Upstream Business Activities approved by SKK Migas/BPMA, including at least:

    Identification of equipment, installations, and/or facilities to be dismantled, including wells to be permanently closed

    Estimated Cost of Post-Operation Activities.

  1. 1. Must comply with the provisions in Ministerial Regulation of ESDM No. 15 of 2018

  2. 2. Must use Indonesian National Standards and/or applicable international standards in conducting the specified dismantling

  3. 3. For facilities undergoing dismantling, the dismantling process and disposal must be carried out in accordance with legal regulations

  4. 4. For state-owned movable assets (BMN) in the form of field operation support facilities, the contractor must collect, separate, and secure the dismantled support facilities until the transfer and disposal process of upstream oil and gas activities is completed

  5. 5. Create an SOP for the dismantling process that can anticipate all possibilities

  6. 6. Business Unit/ Business Unit Technical Services (BU/BUT) must be responsible for oil and gas safety, including worker safety, installations and equipment, environmental safety, and public safety

  7. 7. The contractor must submit a report on the implementation of activities after the completion of equipment, installation, and/or facility dismantling, including the permanent well closure and site restoration, to the Director General within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days.

  8. 8. Before conducting Post-Operation Activities, the contractor must:

    Socialize the Post-Operation Activity plan to the community and relevant agencies

    Install safety signs around the dismantling site

    Ensure all infrastructure connected to the installation has been disconnected

    Ensure all piping systems and other equipment are free from hazardous and toxic materials; and

    Ensure the installation is free from hazardous and toxic waste.
