1. Technical data form for Franchise Registration Certificate for Continuing Franchisees originating from domestic franchises.

2. Franchise Agreement containing at least the following material or clauses:
• Names and addresses of the parties;
• Type of Intellectual Property Rights;
• Business activities;
• Rights and obligations of the Continuing Franchisor and Continuing Franchisee;
• Assistance, facilities, operational guidance, training, and marketing provided by the Continuing Franchisor to the Continuing Franchisee;
• Business area;
• Duration of the Franchise Agreement;
• Payment procedure;
• Dispute resolution;
• Extension and termination procedures of the Franchise Agreement;
• Guarantee;
• Number of outlets/business locations to be managed by the Continuing Franchisee.

3. Franchise offering prospectus containing at least the following material or clauses:
• Identity of the Continuing Franchisor;
• Business legality;
• History of its business activities;
• Continuing Franchisor's organizational structure;
• Financial reports for the last 2 (two) years;
• Number of business locations;
• List of Continuing Franchisees;
• Rights and obligations of the Continuing Franchisor;
• Intellectual Property Rights.

1. Use the franchise logo.

2. Submit a written report in case of changes to the franchise agreement through the Ministry/Agency.

3. Submit a written report on franchise business activities to the Trade Service in DKI Jakarta Province or the relevant Regency/City every year, no later than June 30 of the following year.

4. Submit a written report to the Minister of Trade through the OSS Agency if no longer conducting franchise business activities.
