Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the relevant units in the field of defense industry development; and

Report incidental events in the defense industry environment caused by human error and/or natural disasters resulting in human casualties, material damage, and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the relevant units in the field of defense industry development.
