    2. Application for Natural Gas Allocation for export needs:
      • Documents explaining Potential Natural Gas Buyers, gas volume, gas distribution and/or delivery infrastructure, gas delivery schedule.
    3. Application for Natural Gas Price Determination:
      • Proposed natural gas selling price and justification for price formula determination.
    4. Economic feasibility of natural gas sales.
    5. Natural gas source, distribution and/or delivery principles and patterns, contract volumes, delivery points, start and end dates for delivery, and/or estimated daily natural gas delivery volumes.
    6. Copy of Natural Gas Allocation determination from the Minister.
    7. Documents: Copy of Plan Of Development approval along with supporting data, including reserves, production profile, field economics, including profit-sharing estimates for Contractors who have obtained Plan Of Development I approval from the Minister or subsequent Plan Of Development approval from the Head of SKK Migas, or documents: copy of resource and estimated production profile, production test results, drilling well pattern and quantity, production facilities (plans and existing), gas deliverability estimates, and natural gas profit-sharing estimates for Contractors proposing natural gas production before the Plan Of Development.
    8. Domestic and export natural gas price statistics.
    9. Copy of natural gas price negotiation documents.
    10. Application for Natural Gas Allocation and Utilization for Domestic Needs:
      • Recommendation from SKK Migas.
    11. Other documents explaining potential Natural Gas Buyers, gas volume, and gas distribution infrastructure.
    12. Documents: Copy of Plan Of Development approval along with supporting data, including reserves, production profile, field economics, including profit-sharing estimates for Contractors who have obtained Plan Of Development I approval from the Minister or subsequent Plan Of Development approval from the Head of SKK Migas; or
    13. Application for Natural Gas Allocation and Utilization:
      • Can be submitted by potential Natural Gas Buyers to the Minister through the Director General, taking into account domestic natural gas needs, submitted with documents explaining the natural gas usage plan by potential Natural Gas Buyers, gas volume, gas purchasing power, gas utilization infrastructure.
