Obligations

1. Ensure that the irradiation process is carried out according to radiation protection principles;

2. Ensure that radiation protection and safety requirements are followed;

3. Provide the Head of the Regulatory Body the opportunity to conduct inspections during the permit's validity period;

4. Ensure that activities are conducted according to the granted permit;

5. Submit safety verification reports to the Regulatory Body periodically every year from the date of the Business Permit issuance; and

6. Submit a report in case of a change in the utilization location.
