Requirements

1. Proof of payment of PNBP

2. Must have working equipment consisting of:
   1. 1 (one) set of underwater welding and cutting equipment;
   2. 1 (one) set of salvage pump and/or underwater work equipment;
   3. 1 (one) set of survey equipment;
   4. 1 (one) set of low-pressure diving compressors; and
   5. 1 (one) set of high-pressure diving compressors.

3. Standard Business Certificate for Salvage and/or PBA from OSS

4. Must have at least 1 (one) diving team consisting of 4 (four) competent divers with relevant certificates

5. Must have 4 (four) sets of Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA) or 1 (one) set of Surface Supplied Breathing Apparatus (SSBA) diving equipment

6. For salvage activities, must have at least 1 (one) work vessel of the crane barge type or tug boat under the Indonesian flag

7. For underwater work activities, must have at least 1 (one) work vessel of the pipe cable laying barge vessel type or tug boat under the Indonesian flag
