- Statement for storing technical documents according to the agreed time in bilateral and/or regional agreements in the field of standardization that has been ratified, in electronic form for regulated goods in the said agreements, starting from the effective date of the agreement as stipulated by the regulations. Duration: -
- Obligations:
- For the certification of goods regulated by bilateral and/or regional agreements in the field of standardization, it is mandatory to keep copies of technical documents in print and/or digital form with storage time as specified in the agreements. Duration: -
- Submit documents for the issuance, extension, modification, freezing, activation, and/or revocation of SNI Certificates and/or Conformity Certificates. Duration: -
- If the issuance, extension, modification, freezing, activation, and/or revocation of SNI Certificates and/or Conformity Certificates are not performed, the Certification Body must submit a nil report. Duration: -
- Freeze SNI Certificates and/or Product Conformity Certificates, conduct special audits, or carry out ad-hoc inspections based on information that goods certified by the Certification Body do not meet the requirements. Duration: -
- Revoke SNI Certificates if business operators do not take corrective actions. Duration: -
