7. Environmental permits and approval of environmental impact analysis or environmental management permits and environmental management monitoring commitment or environmental management readiness statement from the authorized institution
8. Business permits

1. Feasibility study of Water Resource Use
2. Quantity and schedule of water intake
3. Space dimensions at the Water Source needed
4. Quantity, quality, and schedule of water discharge
5. Types of infrastructure and technology to be used
6. Detail design drawings of the type or category of infrastructure to be built, technical specifications, and schedule and implementation methods
7. Construction and/or infrastructure development plans
8. Operation and maintenance plans for Water Resources; and/or
9. Public consultation results on the plan for Water Resource Use for business purposes
