  1. Proof of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP);

    2. Duration: -

  2. Evidence of land ownership rights or evidence of land utilization agreement and/or deed of transfer of ownership status and assets;

    3. Duration: 5 Years

  3. Operating permit for a special terminal/Terminal for Own Use, or a statement that the Special Terminal/Terminal for Own Use has been operating before the effective date of PM 20 Year 2017 and has been acknowledged by the Port Operator in accordance with their authority;

    4. Duration: 5 Years

  4. Valid primary business license; and

    5. Duration: 5 Years

  5. Minutes of review and evaluation of the adjustment plan of the Special Terminal/Terminal for Own Use by the Harbor Master, the nearest port operator, and the local Navigation District, containing at least:
    1. That the nearest public port cannot handle the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and production support equipment;
    2. Data on berthing/mooring facilities;
    3. Geographic coordinates of a minimum of 4 (four) points, consisting of 2 (two) points on the dock/water and 2 (two) points on land;
    4. Entry and exit route plans for the Special Terminal/Terminal for Own Use and Navigation Aids - Maritime;
    5. Map of the Work Environment Area and the Area of Interest for the Special Terminal; and
    6. Field review documentation.
