- Site plan, including geographic positions;
- Installation plan drawings;
- Technical specifications of the equipment to be installed;
- Using frequencies allocated for maritime mobile service in Medium Frequency, High Frequency, and Very High Frequency bands;
- Using A1A emission for telegraphy, J3E and G3E for telephony, and F1B for selective calling; and
- Coastal radio station with a transmitting power equal to or greater than 1 (one) kilowatt between the transmitter and receiver shall be separated by a minimum distance of 5 (five) kilometers.
