- A Legal Entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas) and/or a State-Owned Company (Perusahaan Persero) Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach a Tax Identification Number (NPWP) Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach proof of tax obligation settlement Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach details of the types and quantities of fireworks to be imported and/or exported Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach a plan for the use and distribution of fireworks Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach details of the exporting country and the port of arrival or entry of fireworks (for importers) - Attach details of the importing country and the port of arrival or entry of fireworks (for exporters) Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach a certificate of ownership and/or possession of a warehouse that meets the technical requirements as a warehouse for storing fireworks Timeframe: 21 Days
Obligations
- Submit monthly reports related to business activities reported to the Director General of Defense Potential, Ministry of Defense, with copies to the Director of Defense Industrial Engineering, Director General of Defense Potential, Ministry of Defense Timeframe: 1 Year
- Report incidental events within the business activity location environment that occur due to human error or negligence, or due to disasters that result in loss of human life or material damage, and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2x24 hours to the Director General of Defense Potential, Ministry of Defense, with copies to the Director of Defense Industrial Engineering, Director General of Defense Potential, Ministry of Defense Timeframe: 1 Year
