General Requirements
Foundation seed certification:
To obtain certification, foundation seed producers must submit an application for seed certification to:
- a. Government Institution responsible for the supervision and certification of forage crop seeds
- b. Government Institution or
- c. Foundation seed producers who have certification from an accredited quality system certification institution
The application for certification must be accompanied by the following requirements:
- a. Production permit for foundation seeds from the regent/mayor or recommendation from the head of the relevant Government Institution
- b. Decree on the seed source garden issued by the Director General on behalf of the Minister
- c. In accordance with certification procedures
