Requirements:
1. Must have a trial pesticide registration number.
2. Certificate of quality analysis test results, except for pheromones and attractants.
3. Report of acute oral and dermal toxicity test results, except for Biological Pesticides, Plant Growth Regulators (ZPT), pheromones, and attractants.
4. Report of environmental toxicity test results for wetland rice commodities, except for pheromones, attractants, and rodenticides.
5. For crop management, the results of efficacy testing against target organisms must comply with applicable regulations and be conducted at 2 (two) different commodity center locations for each target organism and commodity, except for ZPT, pheromones, attractants, rodenticides, and natural pesticides, which are conducted at 1 (one) commodity center location.
6. 1 (one) efficacy testing unit is only for 1 (one) commodity and 1 (one) target organism.
7. Results of antagonist testing for compound active ingredient pesticide formulations for crop management, except for ZPT, biological pesticides, pheromones, attractants, and rodenticides.

1. Business operators who have a registration number must report production results every 6 (six) months.
