Obligations

- Report any incidental events within the business environment that occur due to human error or negligence or natural disasters, resulting in loss of human life or material damage and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the relevant units in the defense industry development sector.
