- Description of the location of Electronic System management, processing, and/or storage and Electronic Data
- A statement confirming that the Private Scope Electronic System guarantees and complies with the obligation to provide access to the Electronic System and Electronic Data to ensure effective supervision and law enforcement in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Obligation to ensure information security in accordance with legal regulations.
- Obligation to protect Personal Data in accordance with legal regulations.
- Obligation to conduct fitness testing of the Electronic System in accordance with legal regulations.
