Requirements

1. Applications for IPFR can be submitted by Business Entities that have obtained:

• Decisions on the determination of the winner of the selection of the right to use radio frequency spectrum in the form of a radio frequency band for business entities determined through selection;
• Decisions on the determination of the right to use radio frequency spectrum in the form of a radio frequency band for business entities determined through evaluation;
• Decisions on the determination of the right to use radio frequency spectrum in the form of a radio frequency band for business entities through the change of ISR into IPFR;
• Decisions on the determination of the right to use radio frequency spectrum in the form of a radio frequency band for business entities approved for IPFR extension; or
• Decisions on the determination of the right to use radio frequency spectrum in the form of a radio frequency band for business entities approved as recipients of the transfer of the right to use radio frequency spectrum;

• Settle the fees for the right to use radio frequency spectrum for IPFR.

Responsibilities

1. Use the radio frequency spectrum in accordance with its allocation;
2. Ensure that the use of radio frequency spectrum does not cause harmful interference;
3. Use radio frequency spectrum efficiently;
4. Use certified telecommunications equipment and devices;
5. Submit reports on the use of radio frequency bands; and
6. Settle the annual fees for the right to use radio frequency spectrum for IPFR.
