  1. Compliance with maritime regulations, water transportation, maritime safety, and environmental protection;

    2. Duration: 5 Years

  2. Compliance with regulations from other relevant Government agencies related to its core business;

    3. Duration: 5 Years

  3. Maintenance of Navigational Aids, shipping lanes, harbor basins, and necessary facilities to ensure the safety of navigation and smooth traffic flow of ships and cargo as per the granted construction permit;

    4. Duration: 5 Years

  4. Equipping the Special Terminal with waste storage and garbage disposal facilities;

    5. Duration: 5 Years

  5. Full responsibility for the operation of the respective Special Terminal;

    6. Duration: 5 Years

  6. Monthly operational reporting to the Director of Port Administration, with copies to the Governor, Mayor, and the Head of the local Port Management Office;

    7. Duration: 5 Years

  7. Payment of Water Usage Fee (PNBP) based on a water usage agreement with the port operator, in accordance with legal regulations, from the issuance of the operational permit.

    8. Duration: 5 Years
