  1. Implementation of Staged Food Safety Assurance for Processed Food MSME with the following stages: Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3

    Stage 1:

    • Food hygiene and sanitation standards or IRT CPPB;
    • Processed food label standards;
    • Traceability and food recall standards;
    • Test results or Certificate of Analysis standards;
    • MSME Guidelines for Processed Food according to the processes carried out;
    • Implementation of Food Safety Assurance in the Food Industry standards
    • Duration: -
  2. Stage 2:

    • General CPPB standards;
    • Process-specific CPPB standards according to the processes carried out;
    • HACCP standards according to the processes carried out;
    • Processed food label standards;
    • Traceability and food recall standards;
    • Test results or Certificate of Analysis standards;
    • MSME Guidelines for Processed Food according to the processes carried out;
    • Implementation of Food Safety Assurance in the Food Industry standards

  3. Stage 3:

    • General CPPB standards for Risk Management Program;
    • Process-specific CPPB standards according to the processes carried out;
    • HACCP standards according to the processes carried out;
    • Processed food label standards;
    • Traceability and food recall standards;
    • Test results or Certificate of Analysis standards;
    • MSME Guidelines for Processed Food according to the processes carried out;
    • Internal Audit Implementation of Food Safety Assurance standards;
    • Implementation of Food Safety Assurance in the Food Industry standards

Responsibilities

  1. Must comply with standards related to:

    • Food safety, quality, nutrition, and processed food labels;
    • Food hygiene and sanitation or IRT CPPB (Stage 1) or General CPPB, Process CPPB, and HACCP (Stages 2 and 3);
    • Test results or Certificate of Analysis standards;
    • Specific MSME Guidelines for Processed Food according to the processes carried out;
    • Implementation of Food Safety Assurance in the Food Industry as long as producing food implementing Food Safety Assurance
    • Duration: -
  2. Complete and update documents in the Food Safety Assurance System;

  3. Report cases of food safety incidents produced;
