National Indonesian Standards (SNI) that are mandatory for Processed Foods, including Natural Mineral Water, Dew Water, Mineral Water, Demineralized Water, Iodized Consumable Salt, White Refined Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Instant Coffee, Canned Tuna, Sardines, and Mackerel in Cans, Wheat Flour, and Palm Cooking Oil. Duration: -
  2. Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Distribution Standards for Processed Foods (if not covered by the SNI certificate). Duration: -
  3. Mandatory SNI approval standards for processed foods. Duration: -
  4. Evidence of PNBP payment. Duration: -

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the safety, quality, nutrition, and labeling of processed foods by complying with:
    • Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Distribution Standards for Processed Foods,
    • Standard Procedures for the Registration of Processed Foods,
    • Mandatory National Indonesian Standards (SNI) for Processed Foods, including Natural Mineral Water, Dew Water, Mineral Water, Demineralized Water, Iodized Consumable Salt, White Refined Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Instant Coffee, Canned Tuna, Sardines, and Mackerel in Cans, Wheat Flour, and Palm Cooking Oil, and
    • Standards for the safety, quality, and labeling of processed foods.
