Business actors granted the standard for granting the Calculation Authority for telecommunications services in the Maritime Moving Service (accounting authority identification code/AAIC) must carry out the following mandatory activities:
- Comply with laws and regulations and other provisions in the fields of shipping and telecommunications
- Prepare reports and settle cost calculations to the entitled parties, both domestically and internationally
- Report in writing to the Director General every 3 (three) months and/or:
- Whenever there is a new registration, transfer, change, or deletion of Ship Radio Stations and/or Earth Stations in their responsibility list
- whenever there is a settlement of telecommunications service calculations in the Maritime Moving Service and
- whenever there is a change/replacement of experts in the field of radio electronics that they possess
- The reports referred to in paragraph (1) letter c, include:
- list of ship names
- Call Sign/ship identification
- flag or nationality of the ship and
- payments and receivables both domestically and internationally
- Activities of the Calculation Authority for telecommunications services in the Maritime Moving Service (accounting authority identification code/AAIC) are subject to supervision in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of risk-based business licensing
- If necessary, audits may be conducted at any time by the Director General
- Business actors who have not obtained the Calculation Authority for telecommunications services in the Maritime Moving Service (accounting authority identification code/AAIC) may collaborate with business actors who have obtained the Calculation Authority for telecommunications services in the Maritime Moving Service (accounting authority identification code/AAIC)
