PERATURAN MENTERI KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 29 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG PERUBAHAN PENGGOLONGAN PREKURSOR DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA MENTERI KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA, Menimbang : a. bahwa prekursor merupakan zat atau bahan pemula atau bahan kimia yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan narkotika dan psikotropika; b. bahwa terdapat zat atau bahan pemula atau bahan kimia yang berpotensi penyalahgunaan dan penyimpangan serta membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat yang belum termasuk dalam golongan prekursor sebagaimana diatur dalam Lampiran Undang Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 44 Tahun 2010 tentang Prekursor; c. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a dan huruf b, serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 49 ayat (3) Undang Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, Pasal 43 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1997 tentang Psikotropika, dan Pasal 4 ayat (3) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 44 Tahun 2010 tentang Prekursor, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan tentang Perubahan Penggolongan Prekursor; Mengingat : 1. Pasal 17 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945; 2. Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1997 tentang Psikotropika (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1997 Nomor 10, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3671); 3. Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2008 tentang Kementerian Negara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 Nomor 166, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4916); 4. Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2009 Nomor 143, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5062); jdih.kemkes.go.id -- 1 of 4 -- 5. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 5 Tahun 2022 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Kesehatan (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2022 Nomor 156); MEMUTUSKAN: Menetapkan : PERATURAN MENTERI KESEHATAN TENTANG PERUBAHAN PENGGOLONGAN PREKURSOR. Pasal 1 Daftar prekursor tabel I dan prekursor tabel II sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan Menteri ini.
