Human Health Activities
Medicines for common or specific diseases by general practitioners, specialists, and surgeons, including general or specialized dental practices and orthodontic activities. This basic group includes medical, curative, rehabilitative, or preventive activities for human health carried out by paramedical practitioners and health workers. Professionals other than hospitals or practicing physicians, but health services carried out by health workers who are legally recognized to treat patients also include activities carried out by units related to alternative medical services to treat patients. This basic group also includes other human health activities, such as the activities of health laboratories, blood banks, sperm banks, and organ transplant banks, including collection, processing, storage, and delivery.
