This subgroup includes the provision of real estate services on a fee or contract basis, including services related to real estate such as: - Real estate agency and brokerage activities - Intermediation in buying, selling, and renting real estate on a fee or contract basis - Real estate management on a fee or contract basis - Real estate appraisal services - Estate agency services Subgroup does not include: - Legal activities, see 6910 - Facilities support services, see 8110 - Facilities management, such as military bases, prisons, and other facilities except computer facilities management, see 8110.
