This subgroup includes: - The management of land with an area of at least 50 hectares in a single continuous area designated as a zone for the concentration of industrial activities, equipped with supporting infrastructure and facilities developed and managed by an industrial zone company that holds an industrial zone business permit. - The management of specific industrial zone land for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with a minimum of 5 (five) hectares in a single continuous area.
