Catching of Fish and Other Aquatic Life

"fishing" activity, namely the collection, capture of wild (uncultured) aquatic organisms that are still alive (especially all types of fish, mollusks and crustaceans), including aquatic plants, ornamental fish, and fish seeds, which are in the sea, coastal, or inland waters for consumption or other purposes, whether done by hand or various types of fishing gear, such as nets and other fishing equipment, including using boats (also includes processing and preserving the catch if the boat is fishing). This activity can be carried out in tidal areas around the coastline (for example collecting mollusks such as mussels/scallops and oysters), coastal seas, or the open sea. This activity also includes fishing in waters where fish stocks are being restored.
