People living with or diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or substance abuse, regardless of age. This subclass includes the activities of: | substance abuse treatment facilities; | recovery homes for people with mental and intellectual disabilities and victims of substance abuse; | group residential homes for people with emotional disturbances; | halfway houses for people with mental disabilities; | assisted living facilities for people with a diagnosis of intellectual disability.
