Gardening and Landscape Care Services Activities

This subgroup includes activities related to planting, maintaining, and caring for gardens and parks, as well as afforestation and planting for protection purposes. It covers: - Planting, maintenance, and care of gardens and parks for private and public residences, public and semi-public buildings (schools, hospitals, government institutions, places of worship, etc.), urban areas (parks, green areas, cemeteries, etc.), greenways (roads, railway lines, waterways), and industrial and commercial buildings. - Greening for buildings (rooftop gardens, front building greening, indoor plants), sports fields, playgrounds, and other recreational areas (sports fields, playgrounds, sunbathing areas, golf courses), and calm and flowing waters (ponds, swimming pools, canals, rivers, drainage systems). - Planting for protection against noise, wind, erosion, visibility, heat, or sunlight glare. It also includes land maintenance to maintain ecological conditions. This subgroup does not include: - Commercial production and planting of crops and trees, see 01, 02. - Plant propagation (except for forest plants), see 0130. - Land maintenance for agricultural purposes, see 0161. - Construction activities for land development purposes, see category F. - Architectural and landscape design activities, see 7110. - Operation of botanical gardens, see 9103
