This subgroup includes: - Buying, selling, leasing, and operating self-owned or leased real estate, such as apartment and residential buildings, non-residential buildings including storage/warehousing facilities, malls and shopping centers, land, venues for meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions, and special events. - Providing houses and flats or apartments with or without furnishings for permanent use, whether on a monthly or annual basis. This subgroup includes: - Developing buildings for self-operation, such as renting out spaces in those buildings. - Subdividing real estate into plots without land development. - Operating residential areas for relocatable homes. This subgroup does not include: - Building construction for sale, see 4101. - Land subdivision and development, see 4291. - Operating hotels, suite hotels, and similar accommodation, see 5511. - Operating hotel apartments, condominium hotels, and similar accommodation, see 5519. - Operating campgrounds, caravan parks, and similar accommodation, see 5519. - Operating worker hostels, dormitories, and similar accommodation, see 5590
