Securities Companies Other Than Investment Management

This subgroup includes securities companies' business activities in the capital market, excluding investment management activities. These business activities encompass: - Underwriting securities issuances and other activities related to corporate actions of companies that are or have conducted public offerings. - Executing securities transactions for their own benefit and on behalf of others, as well as marketing securities for the benefit of other securities companies, conducting trading activities in debt securities and sukuk for their own benefit and/or on behalf of their clients. - Offering prospective clients the opportunity to become clients of securities brokers. - Marketing mutual fund securities based on cooperation agreements with mutual fund management companies. - Other activities regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
