This group encompasses business entities engaged in Islamic venture capital activities, venture fund management, and other business activities approved by the Financial Services Authority, all of which are conducted in accordance with Sharia principles. These business activities include: investment, which involves equity participation, the purchase of sukuk or convertible Sharia bonds, the purchase of sukuk or Sharia bonds issued by business partners at the startup and/or business development stage, and/or profit-sharing based financing; service provision, and/or other business activities based on the approval of the Financial Services Authority.
