This subgroup includes commercial courier services other than universal postal services. It covers: - Collection, sorting/processing, transportation, and delivery (domestic or international) of mail, documents, and parcels by companies not operating under universal service obligations. These activities can be carried out through one or more modes of transportation, whether with their own transport or public transport. This subgroup also includes: - Door-to-door services. - Postal logistics services (planning, handling, storage, administrative management, information management for postal items) provided by postal service providers. - Agency services. This subgroup does not include: - Freight transport, see (by mode of transport) 4912, 4943, 5013, 5022, 5120. - Money transfer services, see 6419. - Non-postal logistics services, see 5229.
