This group encompasses the business of transporting passengers or passengers and cargo by aircraft from one airport within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia to another airport outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, or vice versa, on non-fixed and irregular flight routes and schedules, with fares that are mutually agreed upon between the service provider and the users of air transport services and are not published.
