This group includes businesses engaged in the construction, maintenance, and improvement of other civil buildings not covered in groups 42911 to 42918, such as parking lots and other residential environmental facilities (outside buildings). This group also includes land development activities (e.g., road additions, public infrastructure, etc.). It covers the procurement and construction of microelectronics and processing facilities, such as those producing microprocessors, silicon chips and wafers, microcircuits, and semiconductors; procurement and construction of textile and clothing processing plants; procurement and construction of iron and steel processing plants; and/or procurement and construction of other processing plants.
