This subgroup includes the industry of vacuum pumps, air compressors, and other gas compressors. It also covers pumps for liquids, including those used for measurement, and pumps designed for internal combustion engines, such as fuel, oil, and water pumps for motor vehicles, among others. Additionally, it encompasses valves and faucets for industrial purposes, including regulation valves and pipeline entry faucets, as well as valves and faucets for sanitation and heating. Hand pumps are also part of this subgroup. However, it does not include rubber vulcanized valves, glass valves, or ceramic valves. For these types, refer to subgroup 2219, 2312, or 2393. It also excludes inlet and gas release valves for internal combustion engines, which can be found in subgroup 2811, and hydraulic transmission equipment, which is covered in subgroup 2812.
