09Mining Support Service Activities

Support services specifically for mining on a fee or contract basis. This basic category includes exploration services using traditional prospecting methods, such as sampling metal ore and conducting geological observations by drilling, trial drilling, or re-drilling oil, metallic, and non-metallic mineral wells. Other specialized services include the construction of oil and gas well foundations, cementing of oil and gas well banks, cleaning, backfilling, and mopping of oil and gas wells, and pumping and dewatering of mines.
