This subgroup includes: - Roundwood production for processing industries - Production of roundwood used in unprocessed form, such as pit-props, fence posts, and electric or telephone poles - Gathering and production of firewood - Traditional forest charcoal production The results of these activities can be in the form of logs, wood chips, or firewood. This subgroup does not include: - Planting pine trees, see 0129 - Tree planting, such as planting, replanting, transplantation, thinning, and forest and tree lane conservation, see division 021 - Gathering of non-timber forest products other than wood, see 0230 - Production of wood chips and wood particles unrelated to wood logging, see 1610 - Charcoal production by wood distillation, see 2011
